TERMS & CONDITIONS
Set out below are the terms on which Maison de l'Esthétique provides service to its clients. Please ensure that you have read and fully understood them prior to booking any treatments or procedures at Maison de l'Esthétique.
1. General Terms and Conditions For All Patients
1.1. These terms and conditions form the basis of the agreement between the patient (you/your) and Maison de l'Esthétique (us/our).
1.2. Please read these terms and our privacy policy carefully and take the opportunity to ask us questions.
1.3. By registering with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Specific Terms Relating To The Coronavirus Pandemic
We are closely monitoring concerns surrounding the coronavirus, following government advice and regularly reviewing our policies. For current government advice, please see the official government website.
We have implemented additional safety measures to prioritise the safety of our clients. In case of disruptions to your treatment plan due to the pandemic, we have protocols to ensure the continuation or rescheduling of treatment courses.
If you anticipate difficulties in completing your prescribed treatment course, please speak with our clinic manager for further guidance. Rest assured, your treatments remain protected even in case of delays.
3. Appointments, Deposits, and Cancellations
3.1. When booking an appointment, a deposit or full payment will be required. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs without at least 48 hours’ notice.
3.2. Appointment dates and specific therapists cannot be guaranteed unless reserved through booking.
3.3. If you anticipate being late, please inform us immediately. Arrivals later than 15 minutes may result in a cancellation without notice, and cancellation charges may apply.
3.4. Appointments may be rescheduled without charge if at least 48 hours’ notice is provided.
3.5. Exceptional circumstances (e.g., illness or bereavement) will be considered at our discretion for rescheduling without penalties.
3.6. We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to unavailable practitioners, equipment, or other uncontrollable circumstances. Deposits or advance payments will be refunded in full, but Maison de l'Esthétique is not responsible for any additional expenses such as travel or accommodation.
3.7. If delays of over 30 minutes occur due to clinic scheduling, you may reschedule without penalty.
4. Fees and Payment
4.1. Payment for services must be made in accordance with our price list upon completion.

4.3. Prices may change without prior notice, but changes will not affect pre-booked appointments.
4.4. We do not store credit card information and will never ask for sensitive details to be shared.
6. Eligibility for Treatment
6.1. Treatment will not proceed if deemed unsuitable following consultation.
6.2. Treatments will not be provided to individuals under 18. Proof of age may be required.
6.3. Treatments are unavailable to those who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or with contraindicating medical conditions.
6.4. Compliance with laws and regulations will be upheld in all procedures.
7. Treatment Course Discounts
7.1. Course treatments must be paid in full in advance or at the first appointment.
7.2. Treatments must be completed within six months of purchase unless specified otherwise. Unused treatments will be forfeited.
7.3. Courses are non-refundable and non-transferable.
7.4. Refunds for medical conditions preventing treatment completion will be calculated based on the full list price of completed treatments.
7.5. Short-term side effects do not warrant refunds or treatment course adjustments.
8. Botulinum Toxin Top-Ups
8.1. Routine reviews are complimentary and provided 2–3 weeks post-treatment if clinically necessary.
8.2. Failure to attend within this time frame forfeits the complimentary top-up offer.
9. Dermal Filler Top-Ups
9.1. Dermal filler top-ups are chargeable.
10. Value Pack Courses
10.1. Value packs, such as BTL courses, cannot be refunded but may be exchanged for other treatments.
11. Children
11.1. Children under 16 are not allowed in clinic premises unless supervised by another adult.
11.2. Children cannot accompany clients into treatment rooms.
12. Mobile Phones
12.1. Mobile phones should be silenced. Unauthorized videography is prohibited and may result in deletion.
13. Refunds
13.1. Refunds are not provided for suboptimal results or complications. Fees reflect services rendered, irrespective of outcomes.
14. Product Refunds
14.1. Products are non-refundable unless faulty. Faulty products must be assessed before refunds.
15. Clinical Complications
15.1. While we aim for excellent outcomes, procedures may involve risks and unforeseen complications.
15.2. Complications requiring specialist care may incur additional costs for private treatment.
16. Equipment Safety
16.1. Equipment safety is paramount. In case of malfunction, appointments may be rescheduled.
17. Documentation and Records
17.1. Accurate records will be maintained for all patients.
17.2. Non-disclosure of medical history waives liability for related complications.
18. Mental Health Considerations
18.1. Patients are encouraged to set realistic expectations.
18.2. Emotional or psychological concerns should be disclosed before treatment.
19. Data Protection
19.1. Personal information will be handled in accordance with GDPR and our privacy policy.
20. Liability
20.1. Maison de l'Esthétique is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
21. Feedback and Complaints
21.1. Feedback can be submitted verbally, in writing, via email, or through our website. Complaints should be directed to the clinic manager.
22. Social Media Consent
22.1. Signing the social media consent grants us rights to use images and recordings of you for promotional purposes.
